Dongfen Yuan, PhD, is currently an Associate Director in the department of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics at Janssen Research & Development. Since joining in 2022, she has successfully led the submissions of multiple oncology programs as the pharmacometrics lead. She has also supported several early phase programs in oncology and immunology. From 2019 to 2022, she held a hybrid role as clinical pharmacologist and pharmacometrician at Parexel International, supporting both small and large molecules at various stages of clinical development. She completed her doctoral and 2-year postdoctoral training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on PK/PD of large molecules. Her passion is the creative integration of data to support dose selection and study design.
