Dr. Suein Choi, MD, PhD
Dr. Suein Choi is a clinical pharmacologist and a fellow researcher at the Catholic University of Korea. She is dedicated to advancing drug development through the use of mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence. Dr. Choi’s work spans a diverse range of data types, from in vitro experiments to national healthcare claims data, ensuring a comprehensive approach to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling.
Her current research includes integrating microphysiological systems (MPS) with physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling to predict human drug kinetics, incorporating transcriptomics data to enhance model accuracy. Dr. Choi is presenting her research on “Integrated Microphysiological System and PBPK Modeling for Prediction of Human Diclofenac Pharmacokinetics” at the American Conference on Pharmacometrics, where she will discuss her innovative approach to improving the precision and efficiency of drug development.
