Mariana, a pharmacist with a Ph.D. in Biopharmaceutics, has experience applying physiologically based biopharmaceutics modeling (PBBM) to inform formulation development and understand oral drug absorption risks. Before joining ESQlabs, Mariana worked in GSK in the Biopharmaceutics team, further applying tools for understanding absorption-related risks in adult and pediatric drug development programs by applying and developing biorelevant dissolution tests and PBBM at different stages of drug development.
