Zackary Kenz, PhD, Principal Scientist at Simulations Plus works to design in silico software and consulting solutions related to drug exposure, safety, and efficacy. His work has had direct impacts on multiple drug development programs. Areas of focus include safety (DILI, AKI), efficacy (inflammation/fibrosis - NAFLD, IPF, ILD, gout, complement; metabolic, including OBESITYsym; and autoimmune), and has led development projects to build ILDsym and GOUTsym. He received his PhD in applied mathematics from North Carolina State University.
