Yuan Xiong, PhD

Yuan Xiong is a Director and Therapuetic Area Lead of Pharmacometrics in Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Dr. Xiong got her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Systems and Computational Biology. She is a seasoned pharmacometrician with in-depth hands-on experience in population PK/PD modeling, exposure-response analysis, QSP, and MBMA in therapeutic areas across immunology, oncology, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, ophthalmology, and neuroscience. As an effective leader of cross-functional teams, she has held roles of increasing responsibility in both pharma and consultancy settings.
