Dr. Lisl Shoda, Ph.D. is Associate Vice President and Director of Immunology in the QSP Solutions Unit of Simulations Plus, Inc. Dr Shoda has over 20 years of experience in the field of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) and toxicology (QST). She has held leadership positions at multiple modeling and simulation companies, including the early mechanistic modeling pioneer Entelos, DILIsym Services, and Simulations Plus, leading the development of multiple new platforms, architecting the design of immune and inflammatory sub models for others, and developing research paradigms to apply QSP/QST modeling and simulation to novel drug targets/compounds. Dr Shoda has authored multiple QSP/QST manuscripts, including 10 with specific target/compound simulation results. She received her B.S. in Zoology from Duke University, her Ph.D. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in veterinary immunology at Washington State University.
