Yangbing Li, PhD

Yangbing Li, PhD, is a senior reviewer at the Division of Pharmacometrics, Office of Clinical Pharmacology, Center of Drug Evaluation and Research, at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He received his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and Master’s in Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has been reviewing drug products in therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, dermatology and rare diseases at FDA since 2018. His primary duties involve reviewing IND, NDA and BLA applications, assessing drug dosages for both individual patients and broader populations, and evaluating the application of quantitative modeling and simulation techniques to support regulatory decision-making and policy development.
