In this talk, we will explore how Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) enables us to optimize combination treatments. We discuss how QSP integrates pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) data to predict optimal dosing regimens - from preclinical insights into the clinic. Secondly, we will explore how QSP can potentially inform drug sequencing to optimize treatment outcomes.
